about

This is sort of an aesthetic essay. Its main concernings are ugliness, art as resistance. the nowadays Zeitgeist, consummerism and dehumanization. Some kind of humour at some point is somewhat intended. In fact the whole Marrano de la Razon project was devoted to aesthetics and the analysis of the grotesque and bad taste. Much has happened since then. Gore is chic, death is kitsch.
